You are very special to me and always will be. I remember screaming and jumping in Publix when your parents shared the Jana is pregnant news. I do have lots of pictures of you. Susan was looking through her drawer of pictures (yes, we have a dresser drawer full of photos) some time ago and asked who the girl was in all the pictures throughout her childhood and it was you, of course. She turns 18 in 11 days & tomorrow is the 8th anniversary of her baptism. Where are my Kleenex?
I got to speak in Ladies Chapel at Lipscomb the other day and I had a blast! Heather King Cochran was in the audience and it was almost like old times teaching the high school girls Sunday school. I have that lesson in a book of 52 devos for ladies that I wrote 2 years ago and plan to have published this year.
Well, this was a nice surprise and it was very sweet of you. You just made my day. I am extrememly proud of the fine Christian lady you have become.

You have always had a special bond with Pat and that will never cease. As your Mom I was glad that she was in your life, that you had someone you felt you could confide in and share things with that you felt you did not want to bring to me. I knew she was a Christian lady and would guide you in the right direction. I hope that Little has someone like that in her life as well, and I feel sure that you will fill that role in someone’s life. I love you.
