Menu Plan Monday – Week of June 11

I’ve been a bit lax on posting my menus the last few weeks. I am menu planning, I just haven’t been able to get a post written on Monday morning lately.

So, here is our menu for the week:

Monday – leftovers from Olive Garden lunch yesterday, Italian Cheese Bread

Tuesday – Paula Deen’s Chicken and Rice Casserole, rolls

Wednesday – Casserole leftovers

Thursday – Meatball Subs, jalapeno potato chips

Friday – cheese pizza

Saturday – quesadillas for lunch / leftover Meatball Subs for dinner

Sunday – eat out for lunch / waffles for dinner
