ooh i loved wearing faith! i went with a pouch sling mostly at first, but also have a ring sling and a mei tai i made in the arsenal. i hauled faith around the airport(s) in the pouch sling (hip carry) back in may (so she was what, 18 months and at that point about 30 lbs?) and yes, people looked at me like i’d sprouted another head or something. we were traveling alone, and lemme tell ya, way easier than hauling a stroller though!! i can’t wait to bust them all out again for #2, i’m planning to add a wrap sling of some kind to the collection

I second the hip carry! As far as the questions, I get asked a question about my slings EVERY TIME I go out– no kidding! It is mostly positive, though!

I get the strange questions and looks too. About the ring sling- I carry peanut in the ring sling on the hip carry. Its so nice and convenient. Loved the post!!! I can’t wait to get a Baby Hawk now that I know you love it!
