October FOUR
(Last Tuesday)
On the fourth we spent the morning at the park with friends. Enjoying the moment and visiting with someone is who is dear to me, yet I don’t see often, meant pictures were forgotten in the fun. The four were there. The memories are there. Even if there is no photographic evidence.
Last Tuesday we spent a good part of the day at the zoo with friends. The weather was beautiful. The kids had fun. I enjoyed visiting with another friend. I remembered to capture some of the moments on “film”.
Part of living in the moment is being present without distraction. Enjoying the time and making memories without the presence of the camera.
Part of living in the moment is being present and recording the fun. Enjoying the time and taking pictures to look back on and remember.
Both are good. Both are right.
My life is hectic. Often the camera is forgotten. But I hope my children remember – remember the fun, remember the friends, remember the joys of their childhood.
If they do, I have served them well.

Great picture!!! Adeline has gone around singing a song she made up about E and M! Today in car line she was singing it and she asked “you like my song? E would like my song” LOL! I think she really enjoyed playing with your kids at thepark. I hope and pray we can do it more often in the near future!
